    I think it’s coming from the front. Truck is a C20 so 2WD. No noise when stopped but didn’t check reverse. I think I did reverse it when I was parking and don’t remember hearing it but I’ll test it again. I’ll drive it first to see if it’s still making the noise, then do all the checks. Thanks!

    My same thought about being in motion. I lubricated the speedo cable in the cab a while ago and this is a different sound then it used to make. There are 2 speedo lines though. I could check the one that goes into the transmission maybe?

    Even if I didn’t have my 60 hr work week, the truck would probably take me the same lol! Endless…I also have an old Subaru which I have to deal with too. Not enough hours in the day.

    Entire front end is redone including wheel bearings and calipers. I’ll check the brakes this weekend. I actually have one of those temp guns so I’ll check bearing temp as well. How long of a drive do you think is needed for the temperature difference to show up?

    Gutted the interior, that is all. Pulled headliner, carpets, trim, dash pad, crap radio, passenger door panel, etc. I’ve spent the majority of what little time I have focusing on mechanical things. Cosmetic stuff will have to wait, it’s less important.
