Dent removal

What would be the best way to get out this dent in the side of my bed? I have tried from behind, but no luck due to the gas tank being in the way, and I've tried 2 different suction cup pullers, but they wont "stick" to the metal. I'm thinking I have to lift the bed, or remove it, as I need to replace the front panel as well. Hope you can see the dent. It's just in front of the filler door

Maybe take a picture from the opposite angle, looking from rear to front to help with the glare.

I had one in the same exact spot. I himmed and hawed about it, then decided to get a paintless dent removal guy I know to give me a consult. Glad I did. He took the job reluctantly, and he had to drill a small hole in the wheel well to get a bar in there to move it back out. He said that the metal on these things are much tougher than modern vehicles, and it was a hard job for him. Even now it’s probably 95% there, not perfect. But he did a tremendous job on it, and he was out in my garage for over a couple hours.

But I’m not super experienced with body work so take it with a grain of salt. I do know this guy personally and trust his opinion when he says it wasn’t an easy job, since he’s worked on many other vehicles of mine and is a go-to guy for the local dealerships here.

Maybe a stud / weld puller?

This is a video where a guy uses several glue sticks and a propane torch to heat them to pull a dent, fast forward to 2:30 where he actually does something. I also purchased a cheap PDR kit from Amazon with a glue gun and have had great success with it also. Just take your time, it all doesn't come out at once.
