1984 K10 Silverado 305 V8, read both factory and Haynes manual on step by step instructions to replace condenser. Both say to remove the grille, hood release bracket, then simply unbolt condenser and slide out, (complete with photos that match description). Spent better part of an hour removing bezels, grill, etc., to find that hood release brackets not there as in picture, and in fact, condenser is between core support and radiator making it look like you have to remove radiator to gain access to condenser. Anyone have correct instructions or have witnessed same issue?

When I replaced mine I had to tilt the radiator towards the engine.

Agree, may have to remove the fan, shroud and tilt rad back. Should be able to wiggle the condenser out without removing the rad.
