GM "SI" (Service Information)" can be rented for 23$ for three days and can view TSB and other factory bulletins and the link for 1980 to now GM vehicles as well as service data up to date.
otherwise chiton online professional whatever may and then the bulletin aggragators like micthell diy and alldata probably have something out there
