Having more fun driving my low mileage K5 (Daily), than I ever did my 17 SLT Premium Truck. Has anybody found a place where they only sell the upper and lower grille molding clips? Thank you.

I'm trying to find the "SLE" emblem that mounts to the front of the quarter panel just behind the rear side doors on an 89 GMC Suburban. Can't find any "Fuel Injection" emblems for the rear tailgate right side.
Anyone have any experience with the front grill and left/right headlamp doors currently made such as what is sold on Rockauto? Are they poor quality and worth it or best to try to find NOS?

Thank you Bucket and Firetruck 1984. The metal clips on page 3 are not the ones I need. On the next page it shows what I need but it comes as a kit for over $40 w/ Shipping.

The pic below is what Im dealing with. Maybe 87 was a cursed year for front grilles. And if I understand correctly, it was the only K5 with the fuel injection badge on the TG. Same as the ones on Cadillac cars that year.

gsuburban. For your "Fuel Injection" emblem, also look for Cadillacs that same year. They had the same badge.

I had the same problem with these trim pieces for the grille. Some of the attachment clips were broken so I did away with the clips and attached the original trim pieces with 3M automotive double-sided tape. I used narrow strips of the tape double layered. Worked fine.

Dang. Thanks for the info. I'm going to search from pole to pole, and coast to coast for these. I will keep you all posted.

Oh, the clips for THAT grille trim. Honestly, I'm surprised they even sell those clips/trim as a kit now. In the past, you had to buy the whole aftermarket grille to get them.
