I just purchased an 1986 k10. It has two holes drilled in the rocker panel pinch weld where a step used to be attached. I want to replace the steps but I don't want to drill another hole in the rocker panel so I need to find the same brand/model steps that were previously installed. The drilled holes in the rockers for the previous steps are 8.25" inches apart measuring from the center of the first hole to the center of the second hole. Does anyone know what step has attachment points 8.25" apart? Thank you.

I'm going to take a stab that no one will know off hand, however if I were in your shoes I'd hit up an auto parts store like O'rielly's I think these are the most common. I'd measure mine, but I removed them and gave them away when I got a set of running boards.

The Bully brand step like SirRobyn0 posted are 8.25". I just measured one that I have stored away. The upper holes that screw to the inner rocker are 8.25, the lower holes that go thru the lower lip need to be drilled, so there is some leeway on the spacing.

Yes, that's right I had meant to add that's the Bully Step in the picture.
