Replaced the switch on the transfer case that controls the 4WD light in the dash. It’s was a little hard to find because it’s hidden up on top the transfer case. But now my 4WD light works when in shift into 4-wheel!
That's something I'll need to do when I swap a 208 into my 79.
It has a 203, so it's full time 4wd now. No light needed...

Got the new tires mounted. Managed to also get a new front steering stabilizer, front air dam along with a pair of used tow hooks I had installed. Need to find time to install the lift kit and get the steering box brace ordered. Went to Dino's Get Down this past weekend and came up with some ideas for the interior.

It's down in the back end due to having stored a complete engine, transmission, accessory combo along with 4 springs and 3 spare tires in the back

After a few months it started sagging again so I’m starting over with it now.
The spray adhesive now is almost 3 times the price and getting harder to find.

Haha… it’s a heavy SOB for sure! I finally got mine put together and it’s now sitting in the shop waiting for enough room to get the truck in and swap it this winter.

I've used the 77 without issue several times...spray the cloth, spray the liner lay it on.

Of course, ain't much as good as it use to be...

Are you using the stock injectors? I've heard they're only 19 lbs/hr....according to LT Tolman on y.t.
He's the guy from the old Trucks show. Moved to Utah and doing his own thing now. I'll look for his video on it...

Agreed. I've used it before without issue. For all I know, I did something in the process that caused it to fail  I'm certainly not going to bash 3m as I would use the product again without hesitation. Long story short, I get to do it again :D
