Great looking truck. Based upon what I see here in Iowa yours looks pretty solid. Like most here I am just not a fan of shortbeds. Kinda hard to haul a 4' x 8' sheet of material in a shortbed with the tailgate up.

Every time I work on my '67 I find more things that need attention so I feel your pain. I was hoping to drive it around the pasture this year but hopefully next. I got going on bodywork and never did much in the way mechanically.

Was able to repair one of the door handles and start on the wiper motor mount.

Wiper motor mount is rusted out badly. Like gone!!! Had to get creative. All better now.

Heater core box installed. Had to remove inner fender well to do it properly. Broke most of the nut plates doing so. Luckily I was able to get a wrench or a vise grip on the spinning nut plates in order to get the bolts out. Now I need to order replacements.

Very cool truck, always liked that body style too!! Overall really good condition too by the looks of it. I like the patina it has, very nice.

Found a 68. Trying to work a deal on it now. Yes, she is well ventilated and weight reduced.
