I have a 78 c10 with silverado trim.. well it’s going to have the trim. I bought a project with boxes of stuff including the interior. Almost done, putting up headliner trim, but concerned about fit of visor frame and headliner trim pieces.. which goes in first? Visor seems to smash into headliner trim.. hmmm

Again, I did not take it apart.

When I put my interior back in, the differance between lmc parts and factory were subtle, but caused frustration. I re drilled a bunch of trim holes to make it all fit correctly.

Looks great! When screwing the visor in.. does triangle clear the trim? Mine seems to hit it.
Yeah, you got to do the visors first unless you re-drill visor location holes but I think that is impossible as the visor arm stud & spring have a factory hole they need to recess into.

IIRC there was a thick padded spacer that went under the headliner where the visor mounts.

All of my trucks have had the headliner trim slightly overlapping the sun visor mounts.

Edge of visor will go over trim.
