Got a new router table and table saw today from HF. Haven't put the saw together yet. Altho I don't think there's much sense it sits on a bench.

I never walk by a "thrown away" welding hood without checking out the lense. Finally found what I've been looking for. An old real, pristine Cool Blue in shade 10! Now, to find 3 more.

Made another HF run while they were having their sale, I hope this will do me for a while lol. About half of this was sale stuff.
-Metric and standard line wrenches (been borrowing my dads as rare as I need them but his are '80s Crafstmans that are worn out and not true to size anymore)
-Long punches
-10 pack of grinding discs that was in the discount/open package section
-10 pack of 4.5" cutoff discs
-Plumbob
-Some small magnetic hooks for hanging banners that I've picked up at the last couple shows
-90* die grinder and it's auber
-Impact driver
-Drill bit set
-3" clamps
-the next size up uni-wrench cuz mine is too small for some jobs
-Flat file
-Step bits
-Digital/laser temp gun
-Another magnetic base LED work light. I already have one of these and like it so I picked up another
-Couple pair of gloves
-1/2 Earthquake XT impact that was on the open box table and like $90 off
-Tool bag cuz one of mine has developed a vent hole lol

I went there too last weekend. Picked up a ball joint separator tool to try for $20 and they had a R-134 gauge set on clearance for 45 bucks. Couple cans of Freon $12 each. Of course did my usual gawking in the tool chest isle.

huh? Even R-134A? I don't go in auto parts stores very often so I maybe out of the loop if something has changed on the retail side of refrigerant sales, but I was wondering last night. On the wholesale end the shop was paying $89 for 30Lb cans of R134A last year, this year it is more than double....

I went into 4 different places and they all required it. I told them I've had an EPA certification for 3 decades and they still wouldn't sell it to me, because I didn't have a commercial acct. Went back to the shop and grabbed a 30lb jug. I only needed 3 ozs.

The saw table came today. I really recommend it because there's no assembly and you can lower or raise it really easy. It has the little ball you push in and slide the legs in or out. The link is in my above post.

Glad we don't play that $hit in OK. I can buy 134A just fine. R12, NO. Only commercial licensed can buy it and it's in 20lb disposable bottles with a connection for their recovery machines.

I haven't known of anyone even trying to use r12 in probably 15 years.

I currently have a 30 lb jug of R12 in my storage room. I'll probably never use it. I wish I could find someone who needs it enough to buy it.....
