I'm just taking a guess but, maybe the bulb contact to the circuit board on back of cluster?

Do any of the dash lamps work? The one in the stereo (assuming it’s a factory radio with dash backlighting)

Do you have power at the dash lamp fuse? I think it’s a 5 amp, it will show power only with the park/headlamps on. Make sure the dimmer is turned up.

If you have no power at the dash lamp fuse, make sure the taillight fuse is good. Make sure the taillight/parking lamps themselves work. No taillight/parking lamp, no dash lights. The taillight circuit supplies power to the dash light fuse, that’s done as kinda of warning tip.

I think the dash lamps are powered by a green wire coming out of the headlight switch. If you have no power there, but the taillights work, replace the headlight switch.
