I put new seals in too and the windows struggled. Replaced the switches and new motors huge difference! The new motors work much better then the old ones.

Just installed new window seals. Have electric windows. It's all the motor can do to go up and down. Has anyone used graphite powder on the felt channel with success?
I had to replace both of my motors after installing new seals, both sides work great now.
