Does it roll on or spray? What caulking did you use for the seams out of curiosity?

installed harness today. Below is before and after numbers I took about 6" from the bulb. This is the highest/steady number I could get on each. Yes I've a light meter. Need to replace the passenger side Hi beam (lower bulb). These are Sylvania Xtravision bulbs. No output measured before.....forgot to use marker lol.

I'll add that the lights seem 2-3 times brighter and whiter than they were. Sorry I didn't look at them until the next morning when I went to go to work. Well worth it, although the plugs for the headlights seemed cheap....below ebay standards. Looks like they made it TOO easy to move the pins around if needed.

Technically this was yesterday and today: Put the power steering spacers on the correct side of the frame rail so that I could get the fender liner in and then put the splash shields on. Only took two trips to the hardware store and one trip to Advance Auto.

I also steam cleaned my seat belts and they roll up nicely now. Rented a grout steamer from Home Depot and it blew out a fair amount of dirt

got back at the dash restoration last night with the total boat resin. Sanded it today a bit on the sharp curve that drops down after the cluster. Gonna take some finesse to get it perfect. Will try to get some pics up on that. The other bits needing fixing are small or not important to cosmetics.

Would be great if I had a way to mount the dash to hold it still. See what I can rig up.

Burb has now got it's #2 rebuilt tranny..this time with bigger cooler. Drives great now, nice to finally feel the power (correctly lol) of the crate engine I put in a couple years ago. This past week I installed a new pitman arm and drag link and they're sitting nice and level now. Got my HD center caps on the H2 wheels. My son and I put some fresh antifreeze in yesterday, suppose to get below freezing here the next couple days haha.

Burb has now got it's #2 rebuilt tranny..this time with bigger cooler. Drives great now, nice to finally feel the power (correctly lol) of the crate engine I put in a couple years ago. This past week I installed a new pitman arm and drag link and they're sitting nice and level now. Got my HD center caps on the H2 wheels. My son and I put some fresh antifreeze in yesterday, suppose to get below freezing here the next couple days haha.
I know..I know, pics or it didn't happen, should've known lol

8 new Black Max shocks and stabilizers for the crew.
ya, there not bilstiens, kings or reservoirs, but i don't blast thru the bush or desert at 80 mph...and i really don't want to spend 3g's on shocks...
got the stabilizers and fr dr's ones on then the snow and -10 hit...that's it, i'm done...

WOW! i' glad that i decided to replace all of the soft brake lines! When I got the basket case i noticed that the passenger's side front brake line was in two pieces so I replaced it. Today I finally replaced the driver's side line and the back lines. When I pulled the line from the driver's side i cringed because it was about one stop away from blowing out. To say that i have a good pedal now is an understatement. The brake system still has air in the lines but the truck now stops. i don't think i need a master but i will keep my eyes on the one that is in the vehicle

i hosed everything down 3 times with penetrating oil tht i got from work. when teh fittings started to move i started to work the fitting (loose, tighten, repeat) until the fittings came out. having a rotted wood bed floor did make it easy to get to the main fitting on the line that you are describimg but that was the easy one to pul. the two at the block were very fun to work with. on the subject of penetrating oil. I work at a place called Quality Fasteners in San Antonio and i purchased a can of pb blaster penetrating oil and a can of the stuff we have been selling for years. i used the pb blaster on the driver's side line and one application was enough. i used the store brand stuff on the back line and three applications later it seemed to work. if you are owrried about breaking a line because of a frozen fitting penetrating oil is your friend and i would recomend the pb blaster, lots and lots of pb blaster
