I want to move over to your side then. The idiots here will even spray it on 100% dry roads in the early spring when there is no chance of rain/snow/ice just to "use it up" so they don't get their budget cut for the next winter.
I just had to fix a grapefruit sized rust hole in my floorboards last weekend.
That almost sounds like Missoula or Bozangelas, OOOPPPPSSSSsssss, pardon Me, It should have been Bozeman.
