I got about 16k in it, but I'd take 10k cash. Or a good trade worth it.

Drove it to work the last two days and noticed something odd. Every time I would accelerate from a stop the a.c. fan would slow down till you barely felt it. Once up to speed it would return to speed. Never encountered that before.

Is it the fan motor going out. Low or weak battery. It's pretty old red top optima battery. I don't drive it all the time and try and keep the trickle charger on it. Maybe alt going out. I did notice the voltage start out at 14.5 and be at 13 when I get home.

Any ideas would help.

That car has a blower motor resistor. I would check that first. Disconnect the resistor, and check A, B, and D with a test lamp hooked to ground. If it lights up, bad resistor. Good luck

Drove it to work this week to burn up the old gas in the tank. Runs really well when it's cool outside. :burnout:

Great looking F-Body.
Really makes me miss mine. I had a '00 WS-6 T/A That I did a LOT of work to. Started out totalled, but I fixed that. Sold it just before marriage to pay off some debt. Back before camera phones, so not many picutres.

Gave him a bath yesterday so I could drive it yo work today. Got in and the $250 dash i put in it a couple of years ago(or about that long ago)has now shrank. That's the only way I know how to describe it. ****!

It's pulled away from pass side pillar

It's seemed to have pulled to the driver's side. A tab at the alarm light has been pulled out. I was able to pull it back to pass side and get the tab back in only to have it pop back out. POS

Even the hump over the gauge cluster has gotten bigger. It never fit exactly but, was much better as you can see in previous posts when I replaced it.

Hmmm.
Couldn't find a dash out of an F-body in a salvage yard? A couple of years ago, F-body's were very common in the yards around here (KS). LKQ is one of them, and they are a national chain, so one could be found here, and shipped to your local LKQ.

Lkq? All those dashes here in Texas are already cracked form the heat. That's why I was glad mine wasn't, until it was. Lol

But, po had it in a garage. I don't have that luxury.

LKQ is a national salvage / recycling yard chain. I think the main site is "lkqonline.com" or something similar. I used to work for the local yard here, and at that time there was one in Tulsa, OKC, and Dallas that were all operated by the same owner at the one I worked at (Topeka). They have trucks that go from one yard to the other about 3 times a week on average.

I loved working there (pay sucked for what I did) and during my lunch break, I would walk the yard and look at all the new arrivals. I got MANY good parts for dirt cheap when I worked there (15 years ago).
