lighting captured by our cameras is really what changes perception, since a camera is a very versatile, without being an expert on photography, it might over impose or auto-set to try its best, but it dont look bad in your photo. looks like a full send to me.

Yeah lighting can be hard to capture on camera. This is a solid match, I’m impressed. I’ve obtained some doors, one good, one I’m not sure I will use... I’ll tinker this winter since it’s easier to work on a door that’s off the vehicle and in the garage rather than doing something on the truck in the snow.

I have sprayed a couple areas on the truck that had too much patina and it’s a great match.

Thanks for all the help guys.

That is an awesome color. I also like the saddle interior upgrades that you did. Very nice contrast to the green.

I’ve also considered that it could be “Shamrock Green” which is also code 43 apparently. I’ve seen so many names for code 43 and I don’t have the slightest clue why.

Marketing magic.

That's why "Hugger Orange" on a Chevy is "Carousel Red" on a Pontiac.

Or "Black" on a Chevy is "Tuxedo Black" on a GMC is "Black Diamond" on a Cadillac.

One always needs to go by the paint RPO code (U43, or whatever) and the manufacturer's recipe (WA1234), not the noun name.

That looks like a pretty close match but. If you take a piece of paper and cut two squares in it slightly smaller then your samples then you can hold the sample behind the 1 hole and the other hole just let the factory paint show through it. Takes the back ground all out of it and puts your eyes directly on the sample to original color. Make sure you leave about 1/2 inch between the two squares you cut out. Post some pics like that
