So cut a square ish hole where my orginal plan with factory gauges failed like a Ford. All new(to me) gauges came in and 1 from O'Reillys and the idiot lights. Cut out another peice of aluminum and riveted it in. Then put the dash back in and made marks for gun rack/umbrella holder. Pulled it back out connected the dots and cut away.
Just have to figure out gun/umbrella holders, was thinking bending some aluminum and coating with plastic dip. Any ideas would be appreciated. Cheaper the better too.
Will try working on it more this week. Enjoys pics.

Need some help. I went to Ace and home Depot and they don't get it. I tried using a piano hinge but it won't work because gap in very close and hinge has to be on the inside of door. Will a surface mount hinge work?

So got door on. Horrible pain in the ass getting that on. By far hardest part so far. And I got 5200 everywhere and tape residue all over. Have to figure out the latches now. Will try getting more done this week but got pretty pissed off today. Beer is about to be real nice.

Since you posted it, not dash but hole for fuel pump. Can you give the measurements for cutting that hole? Next time I need to replace a fuel pump I'd like to do that. Thanks.
