If it has electronic speedometer, I am interested

I got the burb home and felt up behind the dash and it feels like there is a cable attached. I probably will start pulling it apart next week and will let you know if it actually is electronic, but I'm pretty sure it's not.

Thank you everybody!

Nice truck. By the way, I'm a grandpa and would have **** canned the running boards and bug deflector as well

:laughing1:This reply is hilarious. Thanks!

Did you something special to clean engine?

I used engine degreaser where power steering fluid had sprayed inside the compartment, but that was just one fenderwell and the side of the engine. Everywhere else I just used an old rag and dunked it in a bucket of water. I did go back with tire wet on some parts like air breather, fan shroud and a few others.

Remember back in the day those aluminum Kenco running boards and those mudflaps with the Keep on Truckin character on them? My brother in law actually painted Yosemite Sam on the trunk lid of the 64 Galaxie custom. In full color too.lol We had "style" back then right?

I believe there are actually quite a few members rocking the keep on trucking image on various parts. @legopnuematic and @78C10BigTen off the top of my head.

These have lights in them.

I do have a door skin for the other side, but I think going to try and beat out the dent on that side instead.

Well this past weekend i had a lot of grocery store points to use on gas so i took advantage and got a full tank of 93 octane for $1.79/gal. I added VP maditive octane booster and took it on a 200 mile highway round trip. She was crankin!! On my way home i ran it almost empty and filled it back up with 93 non ethanol. Then i bought 5 gal of aviation fuel to put in it.

I bet that ol girl was spitting fire! Cheap gas makes these thirsty old trucks more enjoyable. Lol
