Collapsed cab and bed mounts could probably cause problems as well.

You may be able to scale the truck to see what your weight distribution looks like.
If you know someone that has set of scales, that would be ideal.
I've cheated with digital bathroom scale and a 4"x4" wood beam.

My truck sags on the left front. I plan on replacing my leafs and rubber bushings soon. We dirt race and have a set of scales.
what division/tour/section(different names, different regions) you run in? My uncle races midwest modified, we live in northern wisconsin. Modifieds and B-mods are the high rollers around here. Stock cars are where the bulk of guys run in.

EDIT: I Should have noticed the... Sprint? car in your picture! Awesome!

My son races in the Badger midget series, hopefully you heard of that . He won the championship last year, youngest driver to win it. I used to race a modified also. We also have relatives in the Wausau area. Small world.

Mine sags 1" on the passenger's side. It is worn out/original 85 leaf spring sag! Lol.

I read most of the fixes and they seem to take a lot of time, energy and money. Mine sagged to the driver side as well so I got underneath and looked things over , all looked well except the 45 year old original shocks. Shocks wear out sooner than 45 years. I bought a set of 4 Monroe heavy duty shocks, installed all 4 in an hour and noticed a difference, no more leaning and the ride was noticeably better!
My '81 Custom Deluxe sagged in the back but I had a canopy on it and hauled firewood in it a lot. I added a leaf in the rear on both sides and, no more sag and it held the load better. That was a SWB, I don't know if one leaf would have been enough for a long bed. I guess it depends how much you haul and how much.

How is a shock going to fix a sag? Doesn't a sag have to be a leaf spring or a bushing problem? A shock doesn't hold the truck up, its just a timing device.

How is a shock going to fix a sag? Doesn't a sag have to be a leaf spring or a bushing problem? A shock doesn't hold the truck up, its just a timing device.
Yes generally that is correct it would be in the leaf springs. Shocks do not hold up a vehicle except in the case of air shocks, or shocks that have a spring involved like some overload shocks, however shocks can get stiff and sometimes bad enough to bind up or freeze, in that case you can get a shock that will cause a vehicle to either sag a little or be a little higher on one side than normal. It's not something I've seen much but it does happen, and something to keep in mind.

If you were I dude, I'd say " Com'on Dude replace those broken springs." Instead with no disrespect, Hey Gal, replace those springs! Think of me, like your granddad telling you. I would not even start with a wrench. Sawsall or cutoff tool, cut the "U" bolts and the spring eye bolts. New shackles, springs and hardware.

You are going to be hauling or pulling something with your square and you're going to spit that rear axle out from underneath the truck. Then you'll need a driveshaft and brake lines and whatever else the rear tears up as it tries to escape the truck.

Sell some of Granddad's junk ( because there seems to be a lot of it) and buy new rear springs.

It doesn't do much on property yet. Once I use for road I will replace springs. I make a lot of money so I don't need to sell treasures lol
