I have a 82 k10, originally a 305 truck, that I am swapping a 6.2 diesel into. I have both engine harnesses. The 6.2 is also out of an 82. My question is are the firewall connectors pinned the same for a 6.2 and for a 305? Or will I need to use the 305 harness and adapt it to the diesel. My truck is a Silverado with all the gauges if that makes any difference.
Thanks
Hunter

Either compare the connectors, or study a manual. Almost certainly there will be some differences.
