Except with fuel injection. That pic is from the builder. Need to make a few changes.

Got back on the C-10. We are officially down to the frame. Got the mock up done and the rear end is C-notched and the flip kit was installed for clearance issues and tore back down. Frame and parts going to powder coaters next week. With the 383 stroker and 700r Trans. I had to remove the 3.08 gears and go with the 4.10’s for some nice torque and smooth highway driving at 65mph at 2300 rpm. Should work nicely.

I like those numbers... that's the way to gear a 700. You have plenty of room for taller tires as well. Expect traction issues off the line :burnout:

Been off the C10 for a couple weeks. During that time, sent the frame off for powder coating. American Fab in town did a great job on the (Semi Gloss) powder coating. The frame was the last “dirty” part. This is a turning point in restorations (or at least to me). From here on out, it’s all clean work and assembly begins.

Got the rear end, gas tank in last week and finishing up the brake lines and remaining stuff for the roller assembly.

I ended up going with “American Autowire” for my wiring harness. They make a great kit. Plug n Play.
