1977 Blazer I found at a yard, no part out yet the guy was trying to sell it to me for $3000, really interesting options has anyone seen that overhead console before? Wonder what the truck was used for...

How's the outside look ? Save it ! Buy it !! :waytogo:
Man if I had no come there in my own blazer to nab some door panels I would’ve picked it up in a heartbeat.
I agree!!! let's see some exterior pics. Looks pretty interesting so far :)
I will be coming back, I swore I took some exteriors but nothing is popping up, very straight truck with a nice texas sunburn over a faded silver.

3k sounds like a good price if the outside is in good shape.
Of course need to check for rust.

I would bet that overhead console came out of a semi truck. Or, J.C. Whitney.

Price doesn't sound bad esp if it's a Texas truck without rust

Yes, aftermarket. Keep in mind by 1977, fifth year of the same body. Aftermarket was all over these vehicles with many custom fit accessories.

Agreed.

Really cool truck though! It even has the optional rear (like in the way-back) roll bar. Also, I never knew that the rear wheel tub carpeting was an available option in those years.

I'd really like to see more pictures of this beast.
