so i want to install a headliner in my non-AC 81 burb. They don’t make a non-AC headliner.
For anyone that has installed the AC headliner, do you think I could patch back in the rear cut out area and then re-skin the headliner?
Second question, my burb never had a headliner so there is no trim etc. is there trim required? If so could you take a pic of it and the rear cut out area? That would be very helpful.

I’m also thinking of using 1/8th paneling as a backer and covering that, and installing with some type of trimmed joint at the cross bows. Anyone done something like that?

My truck came with a headliner so I can't talk about an aftermarket one. This is also a non rear A/C truck, and a '78.

Wow thanks
I probably can track down the trim pretty easy now that I know what Im looking for but a reusable headliner is going to be tough.
Thanks again.

Perforated Vinyl

Foam Backed Cloth

Classic Industries website sucks. That's why I have the catalog. I think this is what you wanted. I just went to their website and searched the part #

Thanks !

I consider my headliner white, and it is the perforated version- I assume (!) Beige is the one as off white looks tan to me ...

Has anyone installed the classic’s headliner?? How does it trim out above the doors etc. does it use stock trim? Looks like this might be the way to go for me.
