Even if you do have the 9th injector, it is easily blocked if you don't need/want to use it. Plate on the manifold and a plug in the fuel rail and you are all set.
Any idea what the threads are? Everyone wants $20 or more for the fitting. If I could figure out what threads it are theres got to be a cheaper option.

Nope. When I pull my set-up out of storage I can figure it out.
