All control assemblies (and the associated vacuum select valve) used in the C/K & R/V 1,2 & 3 series were the same from 85 - 91.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "double actuator"? Do you mean an actuator with tubing connected to both sides of the diaphragm? There is only one like that - the HEAT/AC mode actuator. The port for the heat side is hard to see. Its buried between the actuator housing and the back of the air casing:

All the hoses mentioned below have a black stripe.

The DARK Blue hose goes to the HEAT side of the actuator (shown above by the yellow arrow):

and the TAN hose goes to the AC side:

BLACK hose goes to the DEFROST actuator:

ORANGE goes to a tee. One side of the tee goes to the OUTSIDE AIR actuator and the other goes to the RECIRC valve actuator (both are ORANGE):

The GRAY hose is the vacuum supply for the system. It connects to a hard plastic tube (black) that passes through the firewall. On the engine side of the FW the plastic tube splits into two branches using either a tee or a wye. Two hoses go to the tee and are connected to the vacuum reservoir and intake manifold.

I just had my '85 apart. Does this help? The piece in back sits on top of the piece in front. The vacuum pod in the red box is the one with 2 nipples. It opens and closes the flap/door in the red box. The door in yellow controls the hot/cold.

It goes in the cowl on the passenger side, upper left of the picture. You have to pull the metal cowl out along with the plastic screen. The longer side of the flap goes towards the engine compartment. Be careful sliding it into the cowl area. Mine was perfect till I flexed it and split it at the seam. I had to get another one off eBay to replace it.

My truck is at the shop or I'd take a picture. Try to mount it in there and if you have a question post a picture.
