How much leg room do you lose with bucket seats?

I hope I am not asking a foolish question. I am installing bucket seats as we speak, it seem that the bench seat has more leg room. I looked at the rear of the seat and it doesn’t fit over the hump, I don’t want the seat sitting to high, the seats are low back. I notice if they are to high you lose room under the steering wheel. I have long legs and I drive a lot. I will be driving to c10 nationals in May. I hope I don’t have to stick with the bench seat. My ride is 6 hrs lol. Any suggestions

My guess would be all in the mounting system. My factory buckets went right to the hump and I had plenty of leg room. The passenger side is fixed.

I have a C10 here ar work, customers. It has bucket seats, they maybe aftermarket seats, there is substantially less leg room than my truck with a bench seat. And there right against the back window.
