Where can I get a manual thats fully in-depth?

Where can I find Cab Mounting hardware that isn’t 200$usd!?
Does anyone know the dimensions?

If you have time and patience, you can also try GMPartsWiki.com. I've found P/Ns there for lots of things, such as motor mount brackets and steering column parts.
