Hello again everyone,
I have a 77 4x4 K10 (stick shift on the floor) the floor of the cab is one big rust bucket and not worth saving.I found a donor cab but its a 79 2wd automatic.
What is the BEST & EASIEST way to make this work? cut out the hump in the 2wd cab?
I have read that if I get a 2-inch body lift it will solve the problem of the space between the bottom of the cab and the transmission/ transfer case is this true?
If so will I still need cab mounts or the body lift replaces the cab mounts?
any advice will be greatly appreciated if you have photos that will be great as I'm kinda dumb LOL
The pic is the old cab
