It is also interesting to note that, having tried almost every method of bleeding the brakes,
the ONLY method that achieves good pedal pressure was gravity bleeding!

Love me some gravity bleeding.

That would be my thought as well.

Depending on how curious you are, you can send your VIN (and $50) to the GM Heritage Center and they can pull your original invoice, which would include build timing, dealer info, original option content and pricing.
