Just joined up! Also just got my first Square Body truck. I currently have nine vehicles in my collection and this is only my second GM vehicle I've owned. My dad had a 1972 C10 he bought brand new and I learned to drive on my grandfather's 1947 Chevy Thriftmaster HD with a 4 on the floor w/ granny low 1st way back in the 80's. I have a lot of Fords and imports, but for my next project (a nice tow rig) I decided on a 1986 GMC Crew Cab. Will be launching a build thread soon. My last project is my current rock crawler (which this rig will take over towing) a 2002 Toyota 4Runner. Looking forward to gaining a bunch of knowledge on square body GM trucks!

I didn't even know there was a drag strip here. The closest Drag anything I know of is a nightclub up near Clevelandl, TN. lol
