Possibly. What I’d really like is to find that rub strip so I can replace the scuffed up one I have.

I think those are actually aftermarket. None of my factory ones have had that rubber beading on them. I think mine are all shaped a little different too. The lower face area looks a little more upright, kinda. Maybe?

After comparing my pictures with yours, it's more obvious to me that they are different stampings. They are very similar at a glance, but all the angles are different.

Well after debating about getting new wheels for the last 6 months I just pulled the trigger and ordered some from Discount Tire Direct. The local Discount Tire didn't have any in stock and wanted $58/wheel more and didn't offer an instant $50 rebate. (so getting them at about 1/2 price)



I bought the spoked ones on the left. Comes with a bunch of stuff:



I've been airing my tires down more and more for my trips now and having 2 valve stems will be nice. That way when I have my air compressor screwed into one valve stem for 5 minutes while airing up I can check the pressure with the other one (instead of shutting off the compressor and unscrewing it from the valve stem).
They have a large stepped internal bead to help prevent the bead from breaking when airing down.
And even though I'm not a fan of "fake beadlockers" their rock rim could be useful. I've slid sideways into rocks and trees before and the ring will take the abuse instead of the wheel itself.
The aluminum is 15 lbs lighter than what I have now and has the same weight rating. And my steel wheels are starting to rust- the powder coated aluminum I hope will hold up better.
And the open design will make it easier to hose off my brakes and any mud on the inside of the wheels. I've lost 3 calipers in the last few years from the de-icer corroding them.
I did actually look for real beadlockers- but a 16" wheel is NOT popular. And since I just bought 16" tires I"m stuck at a 16" wheel. I did find steel beadlocks for something like $350/wheel. They weigh like 10 lbs more than what I have now, and figured with the de-icer it will just cause all 34 bolts on them to corrode in place. Sounded like a nightmare...

Well- so much for that. Tried ordering the Bully Pro wheels and was real excited over them. Discount tire said they had 12+ in stock. Get an email "call us- there is a problem finalizing your order". They only have 2 in stock. No way to get more. Cancel the order.

So I order the Tracker Pro... 12+ in stock. Guess what? The next morning get an email "call us- there is a problem finalizer your order". DAMN IT!!! Yeah, there is only 1 in stock.

Guess there will be no new wheels for me. I'll just keep my rusted steel ones. Yay.

Well don't just give up! There's nothing else comparable for the money?

At the very least, how about drilling a second set of valve stem holes into your current wheels?

Those wheels were an awesome price. After the sale and rebates they were going to be $500 for a set of 4. My regular steel wheels are $400/set (amazing how much everything costs)

What I've started to learn after all my searching and reading online is that a 16" tire/wheel combo is not meant for serious off roading. For instance not many tire companies make a "high floatation" size in a 16" (33x12.50, 35x12.50...). It is almost all LT metric sizes. The same goes for wheels. When I started looking for a wheel that will grip the bead better than a run of the mill wheel I found a pattern 15", 17", 18" were the typical sizes. IF they did offer a 16" then the bolt pattern was wrong. No 8 lug... And the same was true for real beadlocks (* except for all steel ones)

Method makes a very nice non-beadlock that was the same as the Level 8 Pro series (but didn't look as good). They have this to hold the bead:



Pretty cool! But sizes for 16" are only for 5 lug and 6 lug. They do make an 8 lug version but the wheel is 17x8.5.

Which to me is odd- I'd rather have more sidewall on a 16" than the 17". Apparently the rest of the world disagrees.


And likewise for their real beadlock wheels- I'd love to buy a set of these eventhough they aren't affordable:



But they are only available in 17x9 and not in my bolt pattern. Although there is an option of "blank" which I guess you can drill your own?

I will keep looking but the thought of a good aluminum wheel that is open for good access for cleaning isn't looking good. Looks like I'll just run what I have now and someday go with a 35" tire on a 17" wheel.

I never thought the day would come when truck wheels were not offered in the good old 8x6.5 bolt pattern.

I thought the Interco Bird Dog wheel was going to be something good, but apparently they never got around to offering more than one size rim.

So junior got the wheels and tires all mounted up and balanced.
Then he put them on the truck.
I don't like it.
The tires are way to big and I still don't like the wagon wheels at all.

There may be a day.
I don't like the mirrors that are on it now.
Since I will probably never have a camper on the truck, I really don't need them.
Maybe this summer we will be putting the "dumbo" style mirrors on it.
We shall see...

I read about them when they came out- sounded like an awesome wheel but looked very weird I thought. I just drove back from Seattle to home today and stopped by a 4 Wheel Parts store on the way in Idaho. They had one of those wheels on display (wrong bolt pattern). Looked SO much better in person. I really like them now.

I ordered a set when I got home. They are 16"x9" Never seen that size before. Tires recommend 8"-12" so I think it will be a great fit.

You ordered Bird Dogs? I guess the Interco site lied to me, I thought they only had them in a 15" rim so far.
