Runs a bit hot but does not overheat. Been like this from beginning and thermostat change did not make a difference. Finally decided to take a closer look at the radiator and clean with coil cleaner.

Cleaning the radiator was what was needed. Temp dropped 17*C from before in similar conditions. Used to almost get up to 110*C, kept right below 90*C today. And to think, I almost dropped $120 on a new radiator thinking it was internally plugged. And AC controls work correctly after hooking up the vacuum line.

Possibly going to pick up a replacement transmission for this thing. Unfortunately it comes with another mustang attached to it.

Also, finally painted the spoiler. Bought a new paint gun and it sprayed better than harbor freight special

I was going to get atom x20, but their discount code entry system was not working correctly. So I went with more or less classic choice: devilbiss finishline 4 flg-670

Well, I got tired of the 5th and possibly 2nd issue. This one might need too many hard parts bto bother with continuing. There is a person locally selling a transmission that would work as replacement, but he is refusing to even have the car lifted up in the air or any help at all with removing it from the car.

I kind of like the black on the hood my self. Dug deeper in the transmission. Will be ordering new synchros and a 5th sliding hub. Have a giant shelf drying after paint in front of the bech, so everything is on the floor for now.

Ordered a bunch of parts and layed it all out on a bench. Also washed the case a bit.

I should stop poking at things with this one. Clutch worked fine, but it definitely has heated up before. Wondering if deglazing and back in service or just get a new clutch disk for it.

Looks like a failure waiting to happen. Or in process of happening.

I am probably just going to get a stock replacement clutch kit for it. Napa has one in stock and not for too bad of a price. Would need to make sure and let it bed in before driving hard
