There's a few of them, just depends on what you want to do. Most of them are universal type kits and some modifications may or may not be needed. Are you sticking with the manifolds or going with headers?

There are at least three aftermarket systems available from Jegs, Summit, etc., and they are about $200-300 depending on the material. However, they will be 2 1/4" systems, which is marginal for a 454 if you have any power mods. They do not include an H-pipe, so you have to add that into the budget.

IIRC, Pypes makes a bolt-on full 2 1/2" system, but it costs about $600 and will not fit a 4WD truck.

Hooker also makes (or made) a 2.5 inch kit that's designed to bolt up to their Super Comp headers. I think it was listed for the K5, but it would be an easy install under a Burb too.

I just recently put my own set of 2.5" duals under my 454 Burb, but using headers meant for a Nova. It was very easy to do using basic parts and no welding either. Flowmaster makes a set of tailpipes that I'm going to use to finish it off.
