What paint color is this and stripes

I have never seen these stripes on any other square body. Anyone else? Also what color is it? Red orange, red, etc. 1985 k10 Silverado.

I mainly want to know the striping. I've gone through 1000 + photos and can't find the same. But paint color will help when I paint the hood

Stripes are an aftermarket addon, shouldn't be hard to replicate.

Paint is Code 72 Apple red.
