an update on my build as I haven't been onsite for awhile, working on the bed now, completely sanded the under side, and layed down two coats of silver rust coating, in the wheel wheels the same, and put down a coat of bed liner paint. all rust is being cut out around the wheel wheels, and new panels being butt welded in. the seam then gets a layer of aluminum filler, followed by short strand fiberglass filler then by plastic filler. The fuel filler door was cut out and filled in. the filler door will be moved to the bed, for filling the fuel cell located now between the frame rails in the rear. pictures to follow.

I bought it about 1 year ago on ebay, I will look through my paperwork to find the manufacturer, and will let you know. It's funny you ask, because I just primed and painted it tonight, put the last coat of clear on it about 45 minutes ago
