87 c-10 No I want the stacked headlights with the square signal light on either side.

I have a 1987 silverado c-10 and I want to change out the grille and headlights to a 1986. Right now it has the 2 small headlights above the signal light. Can this be done without changing the rad support etc.? Thanks Peter.
