Hi everyone, I’m sorta new to this lol my daughter has been wanting an old truck since she was 7 , well her papa found her one and we are going to start working on it. It’s a 1980 c10 the body is in excellent condition. Was told it has a 350 in it but still trying to verify that. The main problem is I can’t find out anything yet about the truck. Vin is not showing up . I’ve got a million questions lol but I think it’s going to be great working on it with my daughter, she turns 15 next month and is getting a job to buy parts on her own, which I’m very proud of her , anyway I’m sure I’ll be lurking a lot lol

What are you trying to find out from the VIN?

If you want to know the original option content there should be a SPID label (service parts ID label) in the glovebox or front fender inner wheelwell that shows all the options it came with originally.
