Wiper cowl panel removal

Anyone know how to get the wiper cowl panel off? I don't wanna damage it by just jerking and pullin at it lol

There's some bolts, but then it just pulls off

They go down through the top, they are easily visible looking directly down at the cowl. There are four if I remember correctly, all come straight out the top. I have an 81-87 cowl at home I pulled a couple years ago I can take a pic later if you don't get it figured out.

If I remember correctly, the thing was smashed and I took the hood off to get to them.
