what wheels are these? and does anyone have a set in 15x10 5 lug for my short box? 3 spoke or 5 spoke

It's hard to say. There were a bunch of companies that made wheels like that in the early 90's.

I think a company called Progressive or Enkie made those, not sure if either are in business anymore.

I think also there was Ultra and American Racing. Might have been sold under the Western name too.
