I have an 83 c10. My wipers work, but sprayer doesn't. I've had the truck for almost a year and the sprayer hasn't worked since I've had it. Finally feel like fixing it. Any ideas where to start? I figure if the wipers work, the whole motor module "should" be good. There isn't a pump in the washer bottle, I assume it operates off suction and then pushes through the hose onto the windshield. None of the hoses have any blockage and aren't kinked in any way. Last summer I took the motor apart and tried to test for continuity and voltage with the switch pressed, but I couldn't determine if it was working correctly or not using the schematics in the Haynes/chiltons manual. Do I just grab the $60 motor assembly, swap and pray it works?

I would try that and always take it back if it didn't work out. To me, the weakest link is the washer nozzle. I'd stick a syringe on the end of the hose and try to push fluid through nozzle. Sediment will pack in those and scree them up. The only way I've found to fix them is backflushing with a hypodermic needle and syringe.
