Visor or not to visor

That is the question. Kinda like them on lifted trucks but not really int putting holes in my roof......opinions?

before I got my truck, I was barely leaning no. But after driving it for a week after I got it.....love it.

Make sure it's square from all angles before you drill. Do the next guy a favor in case you sell it LOL.

I also figured if I do decide on one the cab oh about 10 inches off the floor easy install.

I like the Lund visors. They're a good look. I do think it depends on the truck. Lifted trucks look good with them, as do big dooley squares and Suburbans.

As have I, 90% of which were due to haphazzard installs.

exactly right guys make extra holes or they don't seal them up we always use a lil rtv and have never had any leaks or rust.

Aluminum nut serts are your friend coated with Indian head and thread sealant on the bolts.

Some trucks look great with them, others not as much. Seems to be a case by case basis.

I dig em for the most part, but don't like drilling too many extra holes on a good cab.

X4.........another hater here. Drilling holes in the top of the cab.......always a bad idea especially if you reside in any of the rust belt states.

Anything through the roof is bad, don't matter where you're at just a matter of time before weather will attack it and win, cold , heat, wet or dry don't matter..
