Tranny swap

Hey guys looking to swap a 350 turbo out of my 85 c10 to a turbo 400. Was wondering what changes need to be made to do the swap or if it was a direct swap no changes needed. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Also the 400 is coming out of a 77 3/4 Chevy truck

If I remember correctly, the transmissions are 2 different lengths. So you'll need to get the driveshaft too.

Actually just a slip yoke swap will work. Assuming the it's a stock long tail th350 being replaced by a th400 with a short tail and bolt-on yoke.

All I did was swap out my stock slip yoke with the long style 32 spline slip yoke from an 80's 1/2 ton 4x4. Then unbolt and discard the yoke that came with the th400, and install the shaft. Also, the trans crossmember will need moved back to the second set of holes in the frame.
