I used a Grant 14" in my '79. I purchased a similar 3 spoke for my '85, but haven't installed it yet.

Nice... I like a flat wheel with little to no dish. Can't stand the wheel in my chest.

I have a Momo COM35BK0B Competition wheel. I love it. Lots more clearance between the seat and wheel due to its smaller diameter.

when picking a steering wheel, consider the diameter in relation to the existing wheel and see if it will block any instruments. if it does, will it bother you. I've converted to bucket seats and don't have any issue.
