They screw into the back corner. There is a lip on top. All stock stuff. I believe 4x10 but guys have been known to install 6x9s with a little tweaking...

I'd be interested in just the rear brackets if you can split them up. I don't think I would use the fronts, there might be someone looking for those and doesn't need the rear?
