Retaining bolt broke loose from its mount inside the rear quarter panel so there was no way to unscrew the hold-down bolt for the spare tire, so I had to make a few alterations with my drill. Kept punching holes around the nut until there was enough room to pull it through. It wasn't pretty but the damn thing is out and now I can put in some bed liner.
