yea only thing bad about $300 for it, is I still have to buy a clutch kit, have my flywheel resurfaced, and get all the pedals and linkages. I can get a transfer case a 205 for 250 with 10 spline shaft, but at that price it'd be the same as paying $300 for the 208 and 465. I never knew they had the 350 and 208 I wonder how short they are? The guy that had one local I saw no clue what year but it's shaft looked short.

It was a long output shaft, couldn't give you a measurement though. The earlier 4x4 output shaft was very stubby.

i'm running a sm465 and a 208 with no adapters. they mated perfect, but they are also both from factory s


1985 K20 w/ a cammed, ported, and bored 350, sm465, np208, 4.10 gears, dana 60 & corp 14, 6" lift, 37s, and a full stereo.
