Side-mounted spare

Does anyone know where I can locate a spare tire carrier for my 74 C10 short bed stepside? It came with the rare, yet unpopular side-mounted spare tire carrier, and the previous owner threw it away. He couldn't even be bothered with swapping the cut-out fender for a normal one.

Brutal. Mine is eventually going to turn into a long step. Not good news if the carrier has become unobtanium. I know the carrier to mount the spare upright inside the fleetside bed is a pick-n-pull only item if you can find one.
