I have '87 K5 blazer needing to replace the two front seats would '02 gmc sierra buckets bolt up or would I need to drill new holes?

You have to drill new holes in the floor to bolt them in. Extra floor bracing would be wise, and required if you plan on using the seat-mounted seatbelts.
