Any thoughts on what would be best; roller rocker, stamped steel roller tip rocker, or stock type stamped steel rocker?

Stock '85 350 with World Products S/R 170 intake runner, 67cc heads, mild 'RV' cam, performance rebuilt q-jet carb, mild-length headers, th400 trans, stock torque converter, 3.73 L.S. 10-bolt rear axle.

In the early 90's I had a '68 El Camino with a moderately built 350. I went with full roller rockers on that set up with a 1:6 ratio. It really let that motor rev a lot quicker. In the last week or two, Engine Power just did a test on a 351W. By going from a stamped 1:6 rocker to a roller 1:7 they gained an average of 15 HP. In the higher RPM's they said it was closer to 20 HP. Cheap horsepower to me.

Stock, or roller rip steel rockers if you have money to burn. Unless you're reving this engine past 5500rpm a lot, I see them as a waste. More so with how mild your engine is.
