I had a small leak/seepage from my oil pan. I picked up a felpro one piece gasket, pulled the oil pan, removed the old gasket and put on the felpro with a bit of seal on the corners and tightened it down. Now I have a much, much worse leak. Any ideas?

Its so wet its difficult to tell. Appears to be at the front and maybe back. The sides look ok. I may get a new oil pan and new gasket and start over.

Small blocks had thick and thin front end pieces depend on timing cover, if you require a thick and used a thin you will have a major leak...

I did put the 10T on the first time but I'm back in business. Not sure if I overtightend the first time or if the old pan was warped. But I put in a new pan with a new gasket with just a dab of ultra black in the four corners and now leek free!
